If I was in charge.... We would continue what we are going, although if someone is caught in the United States illegally they would be arrested and thrown in prison. First offense, one year. Second offense, two years, third offense, four years.... And then fines on top of it.
The Republicans are making it out so that illegal immigration is surging and it's a huge, massive wave. It's not. In fact, illegal immigration has been down.
