Some people got run out of the business, others made their money and moved on, and others just decided to do something different. I too remember coming to GFY with an HTML issue and someone would reach out to me on ICQ and help me fix it.

This is why I stopped going to the shows. I go to the shows and I don't know anyone at the show any more.

The people who are still here have changed, grown older, and matured. Politics plays a bigger role in our lives. Our industry has always been political since long before all of us joined the industry. With the recent changes in American politics we are just much more vocal about it.
