As for Twitter:
Selfies work.
Take some selfies and mention a bunch of the biggest twitter-selfie-accounts in the tweet. There is a big chance that they will retweet your stuff which will lead into plenty of views... and new follower sooner or later.
Original content and real women are always wanted. Don't be too shy to contact some people on Twitter and ask them for a promotion. Most will do it, as long as your content (selfies in this case) is genuine.
