Definitely vaccinate your children for the major diseases. Flu vaccines I think that’s optional and don’t always help. But I did it one year and I didn’t get sick. My 24 year old son had shingles last spring so I do suggest you get vaccinated if u have had chicken pox. I didn’t even get chicken pox until I was 30 and my kids got it.
