People are always outraged over change. They'll find other sources for porn and migrate away from Tumblr.
There are plenty of solutions to migrate your blog away from Tumblr. Thats not really an issue. The hard part is maintaining traffic to your blog once its no longer in the Tumblr-sphere.
All the luck to anyone trying to capture that traffic.
