Lol, so we will have another fight for oil. The problem in these countries is, the income will disappear in political pockets. Just like happened with Petrobras in Brazil. Or in poor Russia. Maduro sells his country to the highest bidder, while there is a big change he won't survive the outcome and people have a country full of debts that will be paid back with oil and disappears.
