1. Yes, they are safe.
2. AdSpyglass will pay you if you're working with us on RTB basis. No hold whatsoever, if you work with us. Other wise, yes, your networks do the payouts depending on their Terms.
3. There is no plan, the commission is only 10%. Plus you can sell the unsold traffic to other networks in the system. We are updating our website and soon will add more info so our partners feel confident. Thank you for pointing it out!
