Well, it was kinda designed that way. The Community Reinvestment Act was only passed in 1977 to end redlining officially (rightards still practice it illegally). Right on time for the contra war shenanigans lol.
These communities are basically filled with little micro nations (gangs) with their own economies going to war with each other for influence over the otherwise resourceless corners of the country left to them... after they were "used" to build this country.
Some make it out if they can entertain or play a sport good... But other than that it's a ultra grind against the majority (rightards) for them that few (comparatively) get to make it through.
