Filming on location?

Hello, all!

I currently have an all-text (stories and articles) web site that gets about 3,000 unique visitors per month. I started it about 10 years ago and haven't made any updates to it in awhile, but I already have some photographic content that I intend to post soon and I would also like to start posting some video content on a Clips4Sale page, which I can then drive traffic to through the original site.

The thing is, the niche content I want to produce isn't something I can just shoot in my living room. I need suggestions on how to create the content that I need. I have a background in film, and would like to be able to use that experience, but I don't know how a location would respond if I approach them with "I need to rent your location to shoot what is essentially porn." I suppose I could try and conceal that fact, but most locations usually want to see the script first, and I would want to be honest and show them what I'm actually planning to shoot, so I don't know how well that would work.

All of the sets could be manufactured at a studio, but I don't have anywhere near that kind of budget.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
