workers who can't (or won't) get paid, along with peripheral workers losing money because federal employees will be spending less elsewhere. Museums closed, national parks, closed because less people to maintain and clean them (expect some to not open up for spring/summer season). Funds to help low income families and senior citizens to be cutoff for awhile, even IRS refunds to be withheld.
