The Trump administration has zero idea of what they are doing. NONE what so ever. They didn't think they would win the election and didn't plan for the transition, and still haven't fully staffed the administration. We still have embassies who don't have ambassadors. When Trump became President he didn't have a full cabinet because they couldn't get them properly vetted. Trump's cabinet has had more turn over in two years than any other four year term of any president. To this very day 30% of the White House staff is still unfilled.
