No, I think Hillary won the popular vote because of voter fraud in California.
Hell, I've thought that about most every Presidential election as far as the California vote goes.

In the recent White House meetings Pelosi and Shumer REFUSED to let the Homeland Security Secretary give her report via satellite from the border.
On the third meeting when she was finally allowed to speak without Pelosi interrupting her...Pelosi flat told her that she just doesn't "believe" what the border patrol is saying.

The Democrat Party has ALWAYS been against illegal immigration and voted for walls many times.
But now?
