They are trusting the information they have been given, one has to go to the top, to the research itself to see that it is flawed, vaccines are allowed to bypass real science, it is assumed from the start that they bring a net benefit so are given a golden ticket to market.
I don’t know much about doctors in Serbia, but in countries like US and UK there are carrots and stricks to control them
