You can't read, or comprehension skills are so lacking that you can't understand.
You pay for Google, you pay for it through ads, those ads are a component cost of what you buy, almost everything you buy is marketed using digital channels, therefore when you go and buy a new pair of shoes a proportion of what you pay covers digital marketing.
So you do pay for search, you do pay to watch Pornhub, you pay for everything that appears to be free.
