Everyone is for secure borders. The difference is throwing away 5 billion for unsecured border.
How can you fix illegal immigration if the entire process of legal immigration is broken and it takes people 20 years to go through it? You would think they start there and spend half of that money to model itself after Canada or any other state with efficient immigration process.
