Of course Mueller was properly appointed. They are actually "throwing shit up at against a wall" and hoping something sticks, and if not then they have accomplished delaying the inevitable.
This is happening just the way we all thought it would. Trump accomplished nothing good in two years, and it's been two years of drama and crisis - it's a constant. So much shit has happened that we've already forgotten it.
