Watch how you rest your arms on your desk if you are at your computer for long periods of time. You can of course get carpal tunnel but one most people don't think about is elbow bursitis.
You can get that from resting your arms on something too much, such as your desk or arm rests of a car. Basically you want to keep your keyboard and mouse closer to the edge of the desk so your arms are not resting on it too much.
