The good news is the remaining animals she had have been taken away. She can't hurt any animals in jail. The seven puppies she tried to torture in a bag in 90 degree weather are being nurtured back to health.
If she was Mexican you would say NO JAIL! NO REHABILITATION! DEPORT HER!!
