Hi this can happen especially with Chaturbate if you don't enable the backup file feature and clean your database at the same time.
As regard to your second point, i suggest you use your own custom folder name instead of using the default cam folder. Settings are there, just many people don't use them...
But thanks for the feedback, i'll add more options to make unique urls in V4.0
