Read back further in the thread... it is GM & Amazon in vesting in Rivian.
And I'm guessing they will build it in Lordstown, Oh plant.

But, I have been asking myself what has been Amazon's interest in this.
I am guessing that they are looking for vehicles for the 'last mile delivery' as they call it for the last run from distribution centers. So, I think this fits with their want to be a carrier for themselves and perhaps others.
