People are coming to us with crazy low offers to buy. When I give them the actual number...for a real license, they need to sit down and have a drink. Their plans smashed.
The thing that kills me, is that even though the prices are higher they are still extremely reasonable. Thieves are such shit man.

The broker was Allen Ma and last I heard he fled to China. That was maybe 7 or 8 years ago. I think the police would be the least of his concerns
at this point. I recall meeting with some reverse-sleeved Japanese "business men".. one CEO of a particular hentai company.. who had some choice words
for him.
