That's what you want them to be nobody knows but them and Assange is the one refusing to cooperate and fleeing justice.
Wouldn't it be funny if all this time he spent in the embassy to avoid trial and they have the trial and find him innocent. 7 years of his life wasted. However if he knows he's guilty then it's seven years of his life not wasted.
