Here's a scenario.. Wife has HIV contacted from a bad blood transfusion or what ever while on holidays in some 3rd world country. Prep is used so the Husband and wife can safely have sex with out fear of passing the virus to their partners.

The problem with Prep, especially in the gay male community is its presumed now everyone is on it and the use of condoms has reduced.. So AIDS has almost stopped but there's been a significant increase in other sexually transmitted diseases.
