Just FYI taking problems to Twitter doesn't resolve them any faster.

This user had a problem with the information they entered for their bank account. Some information was missing/incorrect, which is why it's important for all clients wishing to withdraw by Wire or EFT to make sure their bank account info is up to date, to avoid delays or rejections/returns.

The user updated their information after the first wire return and then they received their wire withdrawal as expected to the corrected information.

We cannot enter client's bank information for them, so if there is a mistake in the entry then naturally the withdrawal will be rejected or returned and the client will be asked to check and correct the information.
