Banner overlaying standard sign up button and linking to a whitelabel (cookie appropriation).

The broadcasters have been online many times since May 6th.
Q1: why can they ignore Chaturbate's directives? This is science fiction to me.
I really would like to meet the cb crowd (managers) at one of those conferences.
On one hand we have a world leader sponsor (technically+business model+innovation+results) with growing potentials, and on the other hand some weird stuff happening that could have come out of an intern's: "and what if we had pink flashy buttons with unicorns to overlay core functionality buttons? Great idea.."
Q2: now, apart from all this, can someone explain
what is the strategic benefit having extra sign up buttons on the destination website (with affiliate id)?
I am starting to think that it is a conspiracy made by the person who placed the Chaturbate ad banner on gfy to make this thread grow bigger
