The whole Nazi alt-right terrorist movement was created by Putin. By all accounts russians are the new nazis courtesy Putin. They're just putting seeds out in the west and Eastern Europe before staking claim to the throne to make it seem like they're stepping up to world demand instead of being the instigators/creators of the "movement"
