So, mad props to Hammacher Schlemmer. If you're buying anything expensive, and they sell it, I recommend buying it from them. And remember - don't let your Roomba run over dog poop.

Good for Hammacher Schlemmer because trying to get any satisfaction from ROOMBA is impossible, my experience with Roomba's Customer Service was a nightmare. I ended up buying a rival make and found it to be way more advance, reliable and less expensive. Roombas vacs keep breaking down due to vacuum leaks among other things. OK Rant over!
