Finnish forests are under fucking snow for 6 months of the year.. while ours and Calli's are under drought.
I've never heard of them "raking" a Forrest here, I'm sure its a tool used where it's suited but that's in a very minimal of situations.
Our own firefighters cite the major difference is when a house is on fire here you rush in and put it out, where as in the USA there's so much ammunition exploding because of Americans gun culture that often you have to stand back, and let them burn because its not safe to go near.
