I can imagine, paypal, paxum, amazon gift card, credit card, email transfer etc...
We saw many model redirect their client to own cam site ( not whitelabe ) with own merchant or offering Skype call directly from their profile LOL etc...

All those shennigan happened since the last little while have sure leave sour taste in the mouth of many webmaster/ affiliates. I wonder my self if that whole situation will be resolve one day.
