What I bitched about is private prisons threatening to close if America doesn't supply them with more melanated criminals. Because their prisons are empty

Also, stop & frisk was banned in NYC because it was created to catch melanated folks, but the whites were the ones being caught with most the guns and drugs. So it backfired... and NYC continued on to be safer, safest big city in America, where inbred whites are now a minority.
