Many program's have multi-sites with pornstar pages, but the problem with those is that those pages are only going to list just their own updates with the performers. If you want something a little more complete, then you might consider

AdultEmpireCash - set yourself up with either or both of their hosted white labels and use the bio pages/movie listings there.
