No she wasn't.. She met Bill at the Yale Library while studying together.. Then a few years later they got married.

1976: Bill was elected to his first government official position in Arkansas.
1978: He then became the second-youngest governor of Arkansas.
1992: Bill was elected 42nd President of the United States and Hillary became first lady.
Then she just tagged along for the ride until he became President and she was given WH positions that she was never even qualified to have because she was his wife...
