What that vid shows is that everyone was happy for Obama, Clinton etc to basically call for the same changes, but Trump just words it a bit different... Simply because he doesn't care if people get offended (we are still talking about illegals remember). So he is still saying the same message those before him did.
Although ultimately they did nothing...
