Racist scum, don't they know they have to fit in with the beaners culture rather than they fit in with the one in their new home. </sarcasm>
They would have an excuse if they had noticed their garbage wasn't picked up with the rest at the time the garbage men were in the area. Waiting a month shows badly for them.
