In Orange County California, where I live, whether you own your home or you rent you don't have to pay for special bags and stickers for your trash to be picked up. You put trash on the street and it's
picked up and they bill you.
See, in California we realize that if there's trash on the street we don't pick up the neighborhoods look trashy and gross like where you live.
I'm happy to have to have paid over a quarter million in rent in the last 10 years here. It's a matter of convenience and luxury. The home on the water I own in Australia brings me a nice rental income every month thanks to Ray White property management in Queensland. We all know you can't afford to pay the $2,800 a month I pay to live here by the ocean in Monarch Beach. You're stuck in shithole Boston complaining online 24/7 about how you hate all the poverty stricken criminal black people you're surrounded by everyday (your words)
