I own one home and that's enough for me. I like the freedom I have renting here by the ocean in California. If I want to pick up and move back to Australia (which was my original plan after my son finished college) I can without having to worry about selling a house and a second mortgage. I'm going to be moving soon. I've been here 11 years time for a change.
