There is zero conjecture. You posted a youtube video showing the layers on Obama's birth certificate. You state the layers are proof that the document was tampered with because a PDF shouldnt have layers right?
Well I am telling you that any document you scan into adobe using OCR will automatically have layers created just like the one in your video. Your video and argument are 100% debunked.
So either you dont understand that this is a basic function of the adobe suite or refuse to admit you made a mistake.
