The people who spend substantial dough on cams are paying for the interaction, so tube and torrent posts will only drive sales, so long as the model name and site name are included. For models who promote their careers, those sorts of posts aren't really a minus because the product is more the personal touch than just seeing them nude on video.
It is still a dick move for someone to record a private show.
But it is a really bad idea to do anything in the digital world that would ruin your life, if it went on, as it were, your permanent record. If a model would have a super bad time, if anyone knew, cam sites should disclose that location blocks are imperfect and those models should really consider other jobs.
