As far as I know, you have to have your own EU address and proof of EU address such as Phone Bill, Electricity Bill, Resident Card etc. No matter what, until it shows your full name and the address you are trying to add. The problem is, Residence cards in Hungary, for example, do not have photos, so I tried to add my Hungarian id and the Residence card on the same photo. Will see if they accept it.
