Fast growing adult website network looking for someone to lead our affiliate marketing and outreach program. Must have experience working with adult affiliates and be able to work independently. Ideal candidate will have industry relationships and contacts already.

We are a US based company that runs a number of adult websites. We are looking for an affiliate manager to manage our existing affiliates while recruiting new affiliates to our programs and tracking their performance. You must be self-sufficient and already have experience acquiring affiliates without oversight or direction. Your responsibilities include developing new ways to optimize our network and implementing initiatives designed to increase the productivity of our affiliates. In addition to your networking and sales work, you must also track metrics and analyze the strengths and weaknesses of our programs. Must have strong written English skills. The ability to write and manage blogs is a plus. This can be a full-time or part-time position. Salary negotiable depending on experience.
