Having worked in ORM for a couple of years, I can say one affected people has the voice power of 10. Satisfied people do not post as much as dissatisfied people.
I would love to have more than "it's worse than last year" "something is wrong", something based on actual fact: how many spenders, average spending per spender, average of whale % in those spenders, conversion rate free to paid, average sum spent per by a spender; I could share all that but it seems people don't even take time to actually look at stats before saying something wrong or not.
