Have you looked at the stats in other ways? My stats viewed in the same way show pretty much the same thing yours do, although not as good. I don't have as much, so my situation is more volatile but still mostly flat.
Next weekend if I have time I am going to look at it to find at what value in terms of expenditure or duration does the probability of a client leaving get close to 100%, and then comparing that over time.
It may give some insights into improving retention.
