Stop even hoping. You will 100% for sure lose the dispute. There is no chance. You could provide a video of him holding up his ID, then buying the traffic and inputting the card data, provide GEOIP data, ips, emails him saying he's happy with the traffic and literally anything else you can think of, and you will STILL lose the dispute. Paypal won't even dispute the chargeback with the bank on your behalf, and if you ask for proof they disputed anything they will ignore you or say it's against their policy to provide such documents. Since he is disputing it based on it being an unauthorized transaction, you even more so have zero chance.
That being said, maybe it's just a carder and it was the real card owner that CB'd?
