All those things would save you shitloads of time.
Which you could use to address THE HUGE amount tickets and problems you have.

As a business you are getting SO much wrong and your clients are paying the price.

Your clients are not getting what they paid for and I for one am NOT happy.
Doesn't seem I am alone either.
