Fake invoices for domain renewals

I got a few emails from Paypal for fake invoices for domain renewals. The email headers weren't forged and came from [email protected] While the scam may be obvious to most of you, this is a warning to the others.

Quote:
Here's your invoice

(Registrar) sent you an invoice for $57.00 USD

Due on receipt

View and Pay Invoice

Note from (Registrar)

Today is the end of the paid registration period of the domain ********. com. You should pay for the extension of domain name within one calendar day from the date of receipt of this notice. We would like to inform you that if payment is not made within the specified time frame, domain delegation will be terminated. The domain name will be deleted from the registry and can be accessible for registration to other customers.
