Oh, and the stair master. I put on my one of my favorite songs and I can climb 200 flights of stairs in under twenty minutes. Three times a day.

I also changed my diet... I've cut out soda completely, limited pizza intake (lol), ate mostly high protein, and nothing to eat after 5pm.

This morning I weighed in at 200.6 lbs. I am so fucking stoked.



I feel completely different. I have a huge amount of energy. So fucking happy this morning.
