Your bank have creditcards too.
You can do all the same (pay hosting , content, services) with bank&cc.
Paxum is just a managing plattform for your expenses
(it does not issue a card and itīs not responsible for money on your card in sae of lost, broken issuer etc pp), thatīs all it is.
Use the app of your bank. Most of them now have really nice features
and you have no stress waiting 10 month (insane) for a card.
