as far as i know you can transfer paxum credit only to a paxum card or to a bankaccount (not in US).
away from that a thailand bank card is not a credit card itīs not even a prepaid card.
there is one option for a workaround:
use transferwise as bankaccount on paxum.
transfer the money to transferwise - exchange it THERE in THB and send it from transferwise to your thai bank account for a very low rate.
even with the low cost transfer you will have the money within 24 hours on your thai account and saved a lot on exchange.
