but there are a few different forms of intersexuality.
i.e people with just one X chromosome or people with 2 X-chromosome
or just 1 y..
but even when they have a "normal" chromosome pair it does not mean that they
are male or female.

there are many cases where babies are born with xy chromosome but they
have a pussy instead of a dick. even xy males are existing that have an uterus.

there are also people with purely female genes but whose bodies produce testosterone instead of estrogen and vise versa.

by the way, the y-chromosome in men has been atrophying for several thousand years and it is assumed that in another few 100 thousand years there will be almost no more procreative men.
