We don't have such a fetish hire. I live in a country which is located almost along whole planet from West to East. So today a fried chicken, tomorrow will be Japanese sushi, then pelmeni, then (a sunrise) borsch, shawarma, shashlik, steaks, Italian pasta (spaghetti and course pizza), French garlic soup, fermented fish in Swedish/Holland style, sauerkraut as Germans do it etc. Everything is became a national cuisine. Have you drinkined, kvass, kefir or kumis? Kumis it's a fermented milk of a mare with a taste of horse urine:

P.S. I have no horse, so I can't afford a home made kumis, but everything else I can do by myself. Maybe some dishes like Filadelfia sushi rolls and borsch my wife does better, but everything else... just easily.
